Health & Safety Advisor (Temp to Perm)

£60,000-£65,000 (Full-Time Equivalent)

3-4 Days per week onsite | Power Sector

Location: Friston, Suffolk

We’re seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading organisation in the power and infrastructure sector on a temp-to-perm basis.

Overview

• Provide expert HSE support and guidance across active project sites
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to drive safety excellence
• Deliver engaging training, toolbox talks, and inductions
• Lead investigations and implement meaningful corrective actions
• Champion a strong safety culture and continuous improvement

Key responsibilities

• Proven experience in construction, civil engineering, or power projects
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and current HSE legislation
• Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
• Full UK driving licence
