The role would suit someone who is passionate about creating high-quality landscapes, thrives in multidisciplinary teams and is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of landscape architecture projects across a diverse portfolio from concept design through to construction and site completion.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, programme and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary design teams, contributing to integrated design solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, including assisting with professional development and chartership progression.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical documentation, specifications and presentations to a high standard.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with relevant health and safety legislation and industry standards.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or Irish Landscape Institute (ILI).
  • A degree or master’s qualification in Landscape Architecture.
  • Significant post-chartership experience, including leading large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong design capability with experience across all project stages, from concept through to construction and site delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting developing landscape architects.
  • Strong technical knowledge, including specification writing and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit experience would be advantageous.
