No one can access CV searching or job posting without first completing online training with Jobsite. You must attend and register individually to confirm you have completed the training and release your access.

In 2018 Totaljobs purchased Jobsite so any adverts posted on Jobsite also go to Totaljobs – combined they are now Europe’s largest job board 

Once you have confirmed an offer…

We need to get the contractor registered. This means sending a registration pack and gathering compliance documents.

Email compliance/Katie asking for a reg pack to be sent with 

  • Contractor’s full name
  • Email address 
  • Pay route (PAYE pension/no pension, umbrella, ltd inside/outside)
  • Start date

A WORKER CANNOT START UNLESS ALL COMPLIANCE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED

The success for any desk is to find good quality candidates for your jobs. Therefore, successful consultants will need to make sure they use all sources available to them, and get ahead of the competition, you will need to make sure you maximise each of these sources.

There are half a dozen ways to source candidates from using the database to networking. No single source will provide you with all your candidates:- you need to use them all.
