  • Support the Safety Assurance Manager (SAM) undertaking work package management
  • Preparation of safety assurance inputs for tenders under mentorship
  • Provide key project indicator for activities when required
  • Organise and attend safety reviews when required

Essential Requirements:

  • Educated to HND or equivalent in an engineering related subject
  • Understanding of the Common Safety Method for Risk Evaluation and Assessment
  • Understanding and application of CENELEC Standards
  • Experience within safety engineering or safety assurance or systems engineering

Desirable:

  • Understanding and practical application of UK signalling application projects
  • Understanding of Verification, Validation and Test (VV&T)
  • Experience with report preparation and writing
