Job Title: Asset Manager and Quality Specialist

I am looking for an asset managerwith a good engineering background, to deliver engineering technical excellence on asset portfolio on a major project in Birmingham

Role

You will have previous experience working in a similar role within an asset management aspect. This role would suit an asset manager

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Manage Asset certification and package handover requirements and documentation for current work packages (piling, substructure and superstructure)
    • Assist with the completion of the handover plan and its implementation
    • Assist with management of NCRs/defects of work current packages, particularly closing of NCRs following project process

Essential requirements:

  • Engineering background
  • Experience and understanding of project systems: projectwise, assetwise, BIM, etc
  • Rail experience ideally asset protection works
