An exciting opportunity to join and lead a commercial team in an Infrastructure contractor that has seen continued, significant / almost exponential growth over the last few years. This is now a £25m company still with future growth expected.

The role would see you lead a commercial function across the business, implementing commercial reporting as well as managing the commercial team. You would also be expected to add expertise to the estimating / work winning team, with a view to expand this team in the future.

The ideal candidate would have significant experience in a Rail, Civil Engineering Business, with understanding of Tier 1 projects, as well as SME type companies.
