Cost Manager – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost management activities on major infrastructure projects, building strong, sustainable client and team relationships.
• Provide technical expertise in cost analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring quality assurance and innovative solutions.
• Develop and manage project controls systems and tools, including Power BI, PRISM, and EVM techniques.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

Key Skills & Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of cost management methodologies, industry benchmarks, and standard measurement methods (e.g., RMM, NRM).
• Strong understanding of construction contracts (NEC, FIDIC) and project commercial accountability.
• Proven track record of successful delivery within consultancy environments.
• Experience with large-scale projects and advanced cost management tools.
• Degree in construction or finance; professional membership (RICS, ICE, AACE) preferred.

• Drive strategic growth and technical excellence in cost management services.
• Support business development and client engagement to expand service offerings.
