Job Title: Entry-Level / Graduate Wastewater Network Modeller
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: East Sussex (office-based during training period; must be able to drive)
Type: Permanent, hybrid (initially office-based for 6 months during training)
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Entry-Level / Graduate Wastewater Network Modeller to join a motivated and innovative team working on impactful projects for both UK Water Companies and international clients. This role is ideal for a driven graduate or early-career professional looking to grow within the industry, sharpen their technical skillset, and work towards chartership with an appropriate professional body.
About the Client:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver wastewater network modelling and analysis using InfoWorks ICM
- Contribute to technical reports and project documentation
- Collaborate closely with engineers, modellers, and project managers
- Assist with data collection, processing, and interpretation
- Support delivery of modelling studies for UK and international clients
What Our Client is Looking For:
Essential:
- A relevant degree in engineering or environmental sciences
- Good working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM and GIS packages
- Experience in the UK water sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical content clearly both in writing and verbally
Desirable:
- Familiarity with FME, Power BI, and/or programming languages such as Ruby, VBA, or Python

Eligibility:
- Must be able to drive and be based from the East Sussex office for the first 6 months during the training period
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Unfortunately, visa sponsorship cannot be offered for this role, now or in the future. Candidates must have long-term eligibility to work in the UK, as this role forms a key part of the team’s ongoing development strategy
