Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer

My client is a highly respected and privately owned MEP engineering design and project management consultancy. A very dynamic business that provides detail design, delivery and project management services for a variety of clients. They are expanding to meet client demand and require an experienced Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer for in London.

This is a small – medium sized consultancy which has a family feel that makes every employee feel valued. They give every employee the chance to make a real impact as soon as they get started and offer great progression and support throughout their career.

Important:

• Min 2-3 years’ experience
• Good Revit experience
• Must be keen on working towards Chartership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

This Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer position has been created due to an increase in client demand and workload. The business has won a large amount of work with some of the most recognisable names in the industry.

As the Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer, you will support the management team with providing a full engineering and project support services for their varied project workload. Plus assisting with this key client on national and international projects.

Being the Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be allowed to manage your own time with complete autonomy and the ability to work some time from home. You will need to be methodical and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be required to attend site meetings and client design meetings.

The need is for an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer who is an enthusiastic self-motivated person that can work with design software independently. You will be involved in the full process from tender drawings and attending design meetings to reporting and commissioning.

For this role of Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer, you will need to manage your own time with regard to the client’s duties, where punctual project delivery is essential, for which you will be offered good salary and package.
