An exciting opportunity has arisen for a ITC Engineer based in Derby. The ITC Engineer will be responsible for preparing and executing test and commissioning activities for signalling systems.

Role:

The successful candidate will may preform testing on trackside or onboard systems.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing and executing testing activities in support of projects according to testing procedure and documentation
• Ensuring defects identification and correction
• Supporting V&V team and perform test in lab when requested
• Organising dynamic test runs including drivers, interfacing with customer as required

Essential Requirements:

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Railway and signalling knowledge
• Familiar with safety critical systems

Desirable:

• Previous engineering, V&V, ITC or maintenance for railway signalling
• Previous experience with DOORS, RQM, RTC etc
