Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead the financial and contractual management of a major Highways Improvement scheme.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic team to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Contract Management: Utilize your expertise with the NEC Suite of Contracts to manage agreements effectively.

Ideal Candidate

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Quantity Surveying, with a strong background in the Highways sector and experience on multi-million pound projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the NEC Suite of Contracts, with a solid understanding of contractual and financial project management.
