We are seeking a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services team and help shape a more sustainable future. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality electrical designs, managing projects, and maintaining strong client relationships across a diverse range of commercial, residential, and international landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical engineering aspects of MEP projects, managing your discipline while coordinating with other engineering teams to ensure integrated and seamless designs.
- Work independently on technical tasks, providing detailed designs, and overseeing work completed by junior engineers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, using your expertise to inspire confidence and guide projects to successful delivery.
- Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, client requirements, and the highest standards of quality.
- If appointed as Project Manager, coordinate tasks, allocate resources, and oversee smooth project execution from start to finish.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, particularly in digital and parametric design, and implement these innovations into your project work for enhanced efficiency and smarter solutions.
What You Need to Succeed:
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:
- A degree (or HNC) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, accredited by CIBSE, IET, or IMechE.
- Proven experience in electrical building services design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Working towards or already holding IEng or CEng status.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of technical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to clients and team members.
- An interest in or experience with digital and parametric design tools, and a passion for exploring new technologies.
