Senior Quantity Surveyor

My Client a SME commercial consultancy have an immediate need for a senior Quantity Surveyor on a contract basis working across 2 Multimillion pound Water and Waste Water treatment works.

This role which is outside IR35 has the benefit of a solid rate dependant on experience and an initial 6 month contract period with view to an extension.

The successful applicant should ideally be degree qualified or equivalent and ideally working at SQS level. A prior background on NEC contracts is essential and experience within the UK water sector is preferred .

In return my client are offering a 6 month contract Outside of IR35 so this post is suitable for freelance SQS using their own LTD company. Contractors must hold insurance for Professional Indemnity and Public liability.
