One of the leading Building Contractors in the UK is currently looking for a Permanent Site Manager to join their exciting new £40m project in Wolverhampton!
Responsibilities:
* Day to Day management of site and workforce
* Plan works, organisation of plant and site facilities
* Collaborate with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors
* Ensure Health and Safety procedures are adhered to across site.
About you:
The successful Site Manager will have a background in construction, ideally within the following aspects:
* Education/ Commercial/ Retail/ Healthcare
* Temporary Works Coordinator
* Previously managed sites on multi-million pound projects
This is a permanent position that will come with a negotiable salary, car allowance, 33 days annual leave, pension contributions and life assurance. Contractors will NOT be considered.
