🚨 Principal/Senior Wastewater Modeller 🚨
📍 Locations: Various locations throughout the UK – Hybrid working
💰 Rate: £55 – £65ph
⏳ Duration: 12 months+
Overview of the role:
Our client are a large scale consultancy looking to hire an experienced Wastewater Modeller to lead wastewater modelling projects. Tackling the UK’s key water challenges: flooding, storm overflow pollution, and network resilience. You will also be required to collaborate with clients and creatively solve problems, while managing wastewater modelling projects at all stages.
Key Responsibilities:
💡 Lead wastewater infrastructure & non-infrastructure modelling projects
🔧 Review models & develop strategic solutions for flooding & CSO spills
📊 Enhance technical reports & presentations
👥 Mentor junior team members
📝 Assist with bids & project coordination
Qualifications:
✅ Advanced hydraulic modelling expertise
✅ Skilled in InfoWorks ICM & GIS software
✅ Chartered (e.g., ICE, CIWEM)
✅ Strong report-writing & analytical skills
✅ Coding experience a plus
