Looking to add a proven quantity surveyor / senior quantity surveyor to a large team, on a new rail framework based out of London, Kent, South West London.

This is a freelance role, working inside IR35 on an umbrella company basis.

You would be embedded in this design team, working closely with the engineering staff, the planning team and design houses, to robustly test the commercial efficiency of new designs and try to add value engineering to a project.

This role, would see the senior quantity surveyor look to question and think outside the box, embedded with this team.
