Structural Revit Technician- Contract

A new opportunity has arisen for a Structural Revit Technician to join a growing design team at a major contractor. You will be joining a very well-established team who work on a range of civil and structural projects across the buildings and water market.

Requirements

– Must be fully proficient with Revit Structures (3+ years’ experience)

– Must be from a building structures background predominantly

– Should also be proficient with AutoCAD

– Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial to have experience of BIM standards and processes (BS1192 & PAS1192)

– RC Detailing experience is helpful

Job details:

– Can be based remotely (although must be UK based)

– £35-£39ph (umbrella rate) – the role has been classified as an inside IR35 position

– 6 month contract initially, with a very strong likelihood of the contract renewing much further

About the role…

My Client a leading Design and Build consultancy are currently recruiting for a CAD Manager to join Their UK design team. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects designing excellent services and solutions for our wide client base within the UK Water Sector. Projects will typically include water and waste water; infrastructure and non-infrastructure treatment works design.

What will your day look like…

  • Manage and develop CAD capability, and be a point of contact for advice and guidance on all CAD and BIM related matters
