Andy Ridout enjoyed success in his first outing at the British Water’s Annual Charity Golf Day at Bowood Park Golf Club in Wiltshire. The event, organised by British Water to promote their chosen charities raised an incredible £2,200 for Water Aid and the Disabled Golf Association. Ten teams competed for the four-ball team cup with prizes awarded for the best individual, nearest the pin and longest drive.
Managing Director of Advance-TRS, Andy Ridout was delighted to be on this year’s winning team joined by Matt Wilkes of Odour Services International Limited, Sue Robertson from the Disabled Golf Association and Jason Powell of Haig Engineering.
Andy explained, “It was a really great day out, all the better for raising money for such deserving charities. British Water provided a fantastic opportunity to meet with professionals from across the sector and network over some friendly competition.”
Since branching out into the Water and Utilities sector earlier this year Advance-TRS’ Water division has gone from strength to strength securing new contracts on exciting projects across the sector.
