Stuart focuses on recruiting across the full lifecycle of water projects, covering design, project management, installation, and construction/commissioning roles. Over the years, she has immersed herself in the industries we support, from rail signalling upgrades and water infrastructure projects through to the rapid growth of the energy market and expansion into Ireland.
Ella has also played a huge part in improving employee experience across the business, helping to create an environment where people feel supported, engaged and able to progress in their careers.
