Key Roles in the Business Services Team:

Finance and Payroll

    The Advance TRS payroll team take care of the payroll for both Advance TRS and our sister company CITILINE – from contractor onboarding to looking after client accounts and credit control. Each team member plays an important role in making this as seamless as possible for candidates, contractors and clients.

    Whilst also internally, managing everything from employee payroll to invoicing clients and keeping the company’s finances in check.

    Marketing and HR

      Playing a key role in both the external image of Advance TRS and the internal culture, from running impactful campaigns to ensuring a positive employee experience, our marketing and HR team is integral to making Advance TRS a great place to work and a trusted brand for clients and candidates alike.

      Compliance

      In an industry as regulated as the built environment and recruitment, compliance is crucial. Our Compliance team ensures that Advance TRS adheres to all legal and regulatory standards, manages contracts, and ensures all candidate and client documentation is in order. They are responsible for safeguarding the integrity of the company and making sure every transaction is fully compliant with industry rules.

      Sales Support

      The Sales Support team is the engine behind the scenes that enables our recruitment consultants to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates. They handle administrative tasks, ensure the accuracy of client and candidate data, and assist with the logistical aspects of recruitment. Without them, our consultants wouldn’t be able to perform at their best.

      HSQE, Bids & Audits

      Our Health and Safety, Bids & Audits team look after the safety and wellbeing of contractors and internal employees, supporting us to stay healthy and supported throughout our work. The team are also responsible for maintaining company policies and procedures and processes to maintain our RISQs certification and ISO 9001, 27001 and 45001 accreditations. Our bids team support the sales team to ensure all sales pitches, supplier questionnaires, bids and tenders are accurate and evidenced.
