We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to make a great impact supporting our recruitment team as a Sales Support Administrator. Advance TRS are a rapidly growing recruitment company, and we are looking for a tenacious and ambitious individual to join our Managed Accounts team.
This is a unique opportunity to join our established managed accounts team to deliver recruitment frameworks with key client partners within established service level agreements. This opportunity lends itself to someone who is comfortable on the phone, with an eye for detail.
The role will include but not be restricted to the following:
- End to end process management for Managed Accounts including; managing compliance documentation, database entry of client and candidate information, assisting the compliance team with booking training courses and competency assessments, routine reporting, feedback management and reporting and vacancy advertising
- Sales support management for circa 60 pay rolled contractors including management of online portals, vacancy activity reporting and distribution and client liaison.
- Support the business development Director with Client Contractual agreement database management and diary management.
- Supporting the sales team with contractor management and aftercare, taking references, sales reporting and becoming a database champion
Essential Requirements:
- A confident telephone manner capable of dealing with different people
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise activities
- Confidence with data entry and/or using databases
- Confidence using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Pride in delivering a quality service to internal and external customers
