A Main Tier One Contractor is looking to grow their commercial team within their Rail sector with a Senior Quantity Surveyor . They have a secured order book of 5+ years and are delivering on integral rail projects covering sites in London and surrounding areas.

This position suits a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a very strong understanding of NEC contracts that has worked on a portfolio of concurrent projects. You will be managing a small team of Quantity Surveyors (1-2) so prior managerial experience would be ideal but not needed.

You must have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related field.
  • An established background in the Rail / Civil Engineering sector (similar industries will be considered)
  • Previously been client facing, able to manage the established supply chain
