Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer

Advance TRS are working with a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy that provides engineering, design and surveying services across a wide range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer with a strong consultancy background to take a leading role in delivering a varied portfolio of development and infrastructure projects. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will manage projects from concept through to completion while supporting client relationships and mentoring junior engineers.
The Role
- Deliver civil engineering projects across a range of sectors
- Undertake site appraisals, feasibility studies and due diligence reviews
- Design highways, drainage and external infrastructure works
- Prepare Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and SuDS strategies
- Liaise with local authorities, utility providers and other key stakeholders
- Manage project programmes, budgets and technical deliverables
- Support and develop existing and new client relationships
- Mentor and assist junior members of the engineering team
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Significant experience within a civil engineering consultancy
- Strong background in highways and drainage design
- Proficient in Civil 3D and drainage modelling software
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to manage multiple projects
